Raising of Awareness, Training, Sensitization – Propagation of the Project’s results.
This action concerns the establishment of a systematic information system that will offer easy access to the local authorities as well as to everybody directly or indirectly involved in the project and its results. It will present the course and the results of the project in a quarterly newsletter as well as in a website. The latter will be continuously updated (in text, photos, videos etc) on the conclusions of the project’s actions and on the information received from the monitored parameters, and will have the potential to receive comments from the local authorities.
Furthermore, the action includes the presentation of all actions of the Programme in an interpretative display (either separately or in collaboration with similar actions and Programmes) in the existing Information Centers of Koprena and/ or Salaora. Expected Results
This action aims to sensitize the inhabitants of Amvrakikos (especially, the local authorities and the stakeholders) on the environmental value of the area, so as to raise their awareness and encourage them to participate towards the sustainable management of the area. It also aims to promote the programme, to improve the appeal of the area and to increase the number of visitors.
